Exchanges & Refunds
Joey Scandizzo Salon will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. To be eligible for a full refund please contact Joey Scandizzo Salon within 7 days of receiving the product. Goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging. Alternatively, we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. No refund of freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
In the event that a refund is agreed, Joey Scandizzo Salon will refund the appropriate amount to the credit card used for the purchase.
