All prices are FROM the above, and will depend on individual requirements. For an exact quote we would recommend calling to book a complimentary, in-salon consultation. Balayage, Colour correction, Keratin Hair Smoothing, Extension and Bridal Service pricing are available on consultation.

Students and children receive a 10% discount. Our price structure reflects the educational level and practical experience of our Stylists and Colourists. But take our word for it, they’re all experts at their craft. 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or a fee may apply. Don’t break our heart.

Your satisfaction is our priority and as such we ensure services are delivered with due care and skill.

We always endeavour to ensure you leave our salon loving your hair. We guarantee and stand by our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess your concerns and, where appropriate, provide a complimentary redo to bring your result in line with what was agreed during your consultation.

All redo services must be completed within 14 days of the original visit and are subject to an in-salon assessment to determine whether the outcome is inconsistent with the agreed service or if a technical issue has occurred.

Redo services are not applicable in cases of change of mind, requests for a different style or colour than originally discussed, issues arising from incorrect home care or third-party alterations, or where limitations and realistic outcomes were clearly explained during the consultation.

We do not offer refunds for services; however, we are committed to working with you to achieve a satisfactory result, and a different stylist may be allocated to complete the redo service if necessary.
